How much do you charge for your same day deliveries?

Our delivery rates are determined by: distance and time. For example, the mileage for a delivery going from downtown Ft. Worth to North Dallas is much more than the mileage going from downtown Fort Worth to Arlington. Therefore, the deliveries with greater mileage will be priced higher. Time is also an important factor. The cost of a one hour delivery is more than the cost of a four hour delivery. We factor in both elements to come up with a fair price for you.

 


I have had couriers come to my office looking like they just fell out of bed or worse. What can I expect of your couriers?

As your courier service, we are an extension of your business organization. Our independent contractors are intentional about making our clients look good. Eagle Express Fort Worth's standard uniform is a logo embroidered navy blue shirt with khaki pants.

 


Do you make same day deliveries after 5:00 p.m.?

Yes, we offer expedited delivery service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 


If I have an emergency delivery come up in the middle of the night and I call your main number, will a person answer the phone?

Yes, at Eagle Express Fort Worth we answer our phones and make deliveries 24 hours a day. If you happen to reach a recorder it means our after hours dispatcher is on the phone with another customer. Simply leave your name and number and we will get back to you shortly.

 


Can I call Eagle Express Fort Worth today and schedule a delivery that I need picked up and delivered tomorrow?

Yes you can! You can call us today to schedule a delivery for any time in the future. If you know you have a delivery need coming up, don't hesitate to contact us. Our state-of-the-art dispatch system will let our dispatchers know the when and where your delivery needs to be as you request.

 


Can I request a package be delivered at a specific time and/or to a certain person?

Yes. Delivering peace of mind when time matters is our specialty. We can deliver at a specific time to a specific person as you request.

 


What do you do if you have instructions to deliver to a specific individual who is not present when delivering the package?

Eagle Express Fort Worth is here to meet your delivery needs. If the specific person is not available at the delivery location, our courier will let our dispatching team know. We will then contact you for further instruction. If we are unable to reach you, our courier will retain the delivery pending further instruction.

 


Can we request to receive e-mails regarding the progress of our deliveries?

Absolutely. You can request e-mail notification when ordering on-line or simply let one of our customer service reps know when you place your order. You can receive email updates on the following stages of your delivery:

  • When order is placed
  • When package is picked up
  • When package has been delivered along with who signed for it
  • All of the above

 


Can I view my invoice on-line?

Yes. You can view your invoices online by logging into your account. Click the Accounting Tab which will provide you with several options to choose from. You can have your invoices emailed to you or print it off while at the site. We also provide valuable management reports which will help you control and evaluate your delivery costs.

 


Can my invoice be sorted by reference number or cost center?

Yes. We understand that you may charge our your courier expenses to clients or different cost centers within your organization. To make it easy for you, we can sub total deliveries in a manner that suits your needs. Please let us know how we can serve you.

 


Can you warehouse any of my boxes?

Yes. We offer both warehousing and redistribution services. We can pick up boxes from you, store them in our protected warehouse and retrieve them with same day delivery at reasonable rates. Unlike large storage companies, our warehousing service is more personable, we respond faster, and we can save you money.

 


Do you have straight trucks in the event I have to move large quantities of boxes and/or oversized packages?

Yes. Eagle Express Fort Worth is equipped and ready to handle your large deliveries with our bobtails and refrigerated bobtails. No matter your delivery size, call us today!

 


Is Eagle Express Fort Worth licensed to deliver wine and other alcoholic beverages? 

Yes. We have an alcoholic beverage carrier's permit. The permit number is C 463520.
