When you’re in the courier business, you have to take sleep when you can get it. Running 24/7 operations means at least three shifts, which can lead to some pretty wacky sleep schedules. But even if you’re not a 24/7 delivery courier, you might still not be getting the sleep you need to function properly.
Before you go passing off the blame, you might want to consider that you’re sabotaging your own sleep efforts. That’s right, your inability to get adequate and restorative sleep might be because of something you’re doing to yourself. In fact, it might even be something you’re doing before you ever hit the sack.
